Expected DA Hike July 2025
The 12-month average of AICPI-IW suggests a 4% increase in DA, raising it from the current 50% to 54%. The official announcement is expected in September 2025 with retrospective effect from July 1, 2025.
Impact on Salary
For a basic pay of Rs. 35,400 (Pay Level 5), the DA increase will add approximately Rs. 1,416 per month. For pensioners, the DR will also increase proportionally.
